With our comprehensive inspections, we assess every aspect of your pool and pool fencing safety requirements, and provide you with the most current information you need to make sure that your pool is compliant with NSW standards.

Our fee for this service is only $395 for the first inspection , and only $150 for any additional inspections (see if there are any ‘Special Offers’ on at the moment)!

Pre Property Sale, Purchase or Pool Purchase Inspections

As of April 2016, if you are selling, leasing or renting your property, you will need to provide a Certificate of Compliance OR Certificate of Non Compliance for your pool to show it has been assessed and is compliant with Australian safety standards.

At Hills Pool Inspections, we will guide you through the whole process.

Our accredited inspectors thoroughly examine every aspect of your pool, fence and surrounds to assess compliance with NSW safety standards. If your pool passes the inspection, we will provide you with a Certificate of Compliance.

If your pool has areas of non-compliance and doesn’t pass the inspection, we will provide you with a full written report-detailing problems areas and recommended solutions. Issue a Certificate of Non Compliance if requested we will come back and re-inspect once issues of non-compliance have been resolved.

Purchasing a property with a pool? Make sure it’s safe before you dive in!

Before you purchase or lease a property, a pre-sale pool inspection or pre-rental pool inspection can save you a lot of hassle down the track.

Just as you would arrange a building and pest inspection on your potential home to make sure that it’s fit to live in, a swimming pool inspection will show just how safe the property’s pool and equipment is.

Re-Inspections

A complete re-inspection of your pool, fences and surrounds to assess compliance after the expiration of the Pool Compliance Certificate, valid for a period of 3 years, based on current NSW swimming pool and swimming pool fence regulations. Once areas of non-compliance have been addressed and your pool meets the required standard, we will issue you with a Pool Compliance Certificate.
